Robert Hinton The Music of Robert Hinton is a sublime experience in itself–a refreshing and unbiased mix of jaunty acoustic pop, rock and folk, rolled together by acoustic guitar tones and gripping vocal melodies. Delivering passionate performances at every show, Hinton brings a full and warm sound while keeping the mood upbeat with the driving of a stompbox. Robert draws his biggest influence from Iron and Wine, City and Colour, Josh Pyke, Paul Dempsey, Justin Vernon,
Maynard James Keenan and Porcupine Tree. In October 2013 Hinton released his debut album ‘Winter Sun’, and a second release titled ‘Explaining Colour’ in June 2015.

Segers is the moniker of musician, Stacey-Ann Pietersen. After years playing in Sydney bands, Pietersen crossed the country to spend some time at home. Pietersen has since been writing songs, studying and singing; happily, secluded in the Perth hills. 2014 saw the successful independent release of her debut EP ‘Little Lines’. To growing audiences, Segers has been playing shows around Perth, including State of The Art Festival and The Ellington Jazz Club. Her sound has been compared to artists such as Regina Spektor, Norah Jones and Feist, quirky and yearning, yet gentle and hypnotic, a sound that is hard to label. To spend an evening with Segers is to spend a night with a best friend you didn’t know you had, but instantly feel you’ve known for eternity. She has a way of making you feel like she is confiding in you, sharing her dreams and fears, reflecting on the past, and dreaming of the future.

Ben Cately With his unique acoustic blues and roots sound, Ben Catley has honed his energetic stage presence by relentlessly performing around Perth and WA while supporting artists such as Kallidad, Fingers Mitchell Cullen, Jay Hoad, Nick Saxon and Andrew Winton. With an exciting, upbeat live show, expect grooving foot stomps, guitar wizardry, big gritty vocals and an abundance of passion from the English-born Scarborough local.

His new single, What’s Riding, is an undeniable foot-stomper that is as melodic and grooving as it is simplistic. The track is a modern and edgy take on the delta blues that Ben has soaked up and channels effortlessly while maintaining his own unique style.
