Caprioska Quartet

Adeline Fong (violin), Maxine Fong (violin), Amelia Peachment (viola), Catherine Tabi (cello)

“CAPRIOSKA QUARTET” is an exciting new string quartet comprising of four of Perth’s top female string players. A love of the string quartet repertoire and cocktails led to the formation of the group. They will be performing music from their top 10 favourites, from classical through to the slightly unusual. Watch this space! With collectively vast amounts of experience in both the chamber music and orchestral scene, locally, nationally and internationally, the girls have fun performing for any occasion (including the opening of a door!) They were inspired by the Caprioska cocktail, a refreshing concoction of 4 ingredients. And so the four ladies will present a sparkling blend of refreshing music for your enjoyment.

Black Diamond Trio

Tashana Tweddle (Violin) Grace Ah-Quee (Violin, Viola, Cello, Double-Bass) Sarah Kenworthy (Piano, Piano Accordion)

Be dazzled by the Black Diamond Trio as they present a fun filled eclectic mix of tangos ranging from fiery Piazzolla to quirky bite sized tasters.  There’s never a dull moment as the girls explore the luscious and sensual textures of the tango through many varied instrumental combinations. Featuring arrangements of the famed Argentinian tango pianist/composer, Andres Linetzky, not to mention a world premiere of Australian composer Kelly Curran’s piece written especially for the Black Diamond Trio.
